 1.   Contact and Payment

Your first interaction with ALN’s Employment Specialist will be determining which type of service you need assistance with (resume development, cover letter development, job search assistance etc.). This also determines the service price as outlined in the table below. Once we have explained our services, and determined your goals our Employment Specialist will accept your first payment installment (50%) and will arrange a time to conduct your intake assessment.

 2.   Intake Assessment

In order to thoroughly assess your job goals, qualifications, previous experience and skills, the ALN Employment Specialist will arrange an in-person or over-the-phone intake assessment.

 3.   Document Development

A first draft will be developed over 2-3 days by the Employment Specialist. This involves compiling your professional information, conducting labour market research, developing a unique and suitable template for your document and detailing your skills, qualifications, experience and professional highlights in an attractive manner. Your first draft will be emailed to you as a protected pdf document for your review.

 4.   Feedback

Upon receiving your first draft, ALN’s Employment Specialist will contact you to get your feedback, address any questions or concerns, and make any changes/edits needed. After this exchange a 2nd draft (if needed) will be sent.

 5.   Final Draft & Payment

Once you are 100% happy with your document, ALN will request your final payment installment and once that has been received, you will be sent your final product as a word document.
